Sunday Supper

Join us one Sunday a month for our collaboration between our own Suzanne and Daniel Johnson, Ryann Reid and Fortunata Winery's Chef Rossana Iodice



A Filipino style supper feast served with steamed rice and a variety of accompaniments

Baked Tahong  Baked mussels on the half shell with garlic and cheese

Chicken Adobo  Vinegar, garlic and soy sauce braised chicken

Kamote Ukoy  Shrimp and sweet potatoes fritters

Lumpia   Fried spring roll with pork and vegetable filling

Sinigang  Tamarind flavored vegetable and … (shrimps, chicken, oxtail?)

Inihaw na kambing   Barbequed goat skewers

Pancit bihon   Stir fried rice noodles

Brazo de Mercedes   Meringue roll with custard filling


This month's Sunday Supper is September, 9th at 6 p.m. Cost is $40 per person. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (940)591-9475
